Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent to your registered email. You can also download them from your account under “My Orders.”

Orders & Shopping

Browse through categories or use the search bar to find the products you're looking for. Select the desired item, choose the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once done, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need changes.

Yes, creating an account helps track your orders, manage returns, and access exclusive deals. However, guest checkout may be available for some products.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. Products must be in original condition and packaging.

Go to “My Orders,” select the item you want to return, and click “Request Return.” Follow the instructions to ship the product back.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
