You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Please initiate your return promptly to qualify.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Certain items like grocery, hygiene products, cosmetics, and customized goods are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Return
You can make a return easily by following these steps:
Log in to your Shopguru account and go to Your Orders.
Select the item you want to return and click View Details.
Now click on Return Products and choose the reason for your return.
Submit your return request. If pickup is required, prepare the package and hand it to the courier when they arrive. You can track your return status from your Order Return Requests.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as Shopguru credit.
- Processing may take 4–5 working days, depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs may be deducted.
Return Shipping Costs
- First return for an order may qualify for free pickup. - For additional returns of the same order, a small shipping fee (e.g., Rs. 600) may apply. - To save costs, we recommend sending all return items together.
